“The King & Queen of Hallin Fell ”
Michael & Sheela married at St Cuthbert Church, Lorton, then partied the night away at the incredible New House Farm.
I love these guys! they are just so awesome! I recall the first email they sent – one which instantly conveys someones personality and makes you think wow, I want to be a part of their day! oh and take them up their first fell!
So yeah needless to say I was very much looking forward to their wedding – set at the beautiful New House Farm! The morning flowed with ease as the bridal party got to pampered and the colourful drinks flowed – the ceremony itself was such a beautiful service – It began with the the king of dads milking the plaudits as he rocked his socks off down the aisle, daughter in tow and ended with the most fabulous newlyweds waltzing back up – the only minor hiccup was so stupid photographer throwing his lens’ in the aisle whilst trying to be stealthy. Oppps!
We then took some time out to head to the beautiful Crummock water to get some snaps – Many of which were from the plentiful tourists and cars that flowed by. After a swift meeting with a sheep it was back to new house farm to party the rest of the day and night away starting with a chorus of joyous tones from The choir Voice of the Town and ending with the oh so Wild Murphys! – And what a most fabulous day is was, one in which I am so proud to have been invited too.
