A Collaboration with BFI, Film Hub South West, Compass Presents Starring Elissa Cortez and The Real Banksie
Compass Presents got in touch about photographing some behind the scenes moments for a piece of creative marketing they were producing. As a lover of film, and previous film school student, I jumped at the opportunity. The piece of creative marketing was for Too Much : Melodrama on Film. A BFI initiative, in collaboration with Film Hub South West to celebrate all things melodrama. The filming took place at The Watershed in Bristol, and starred local drag queen, the fabulous Elissa Cortez, as she enjoyed a Brief Encounter in the life as Laura Jesson. It felt so good to be photographing back on a film set.
