I once again ventured the border to Gretna and contrary to popular belief, it always seems to be good weather whenever I shoot a wedding there. The wedding of Nicky & Hollie was no exception to this.
It was my first ever visit to Lochmaben, where Hollie got ready in her family home. Korin of Korin S Photography greatly assisted me and headed to Ecclefechan to photograph Barcelona mad Nicky & his grooms party.
Although Barcelona maybe Nicky’s great love. Nicky’s greater love walked down the aisle to wed him on this day. I saw the most nervous, excited & emotional groom I have come across in sometime. This moment was my key memory from the wedding. It is a beautiful & fabulous still in time! The true love Nicky shares for the now Mrs Gordon. The rest of the day was full of smiles and happiness. A stunning day, both as a wedding itself but also weather wise.
